得益于国家和政府相关部门的高度重视和积极推动，2010～2012年中国文化生产各细分行业的各项指标均处于稳步增长的态势之中，总量规模不断扩大，经济效益日益明显。与此同时，我国目前文化生产领域还存在不少问题。报告最后对这些问题提出了一些建议和对策。
