中国大多数企业设有具体部门来负责企业文化建设,负责人在企业中的职位多样;企业文化建设的地位普遍偏低,实现形式多样,其中大多数处于初级阶段;目前的企业文化建设更注重其制度层面,较少注重其精神和行为层面。企业经营者对企业文化建设的认识不足主要在于:对其重要性的认识需要加强,普遍缺乏对文化建设的长远规划以及对其中困难因素的分析。中国企业文化建设事业呈现出如下发展趋势:企业文化建设更倾向于提升品牌价值,更倾向于实证性和可操作性,更倾向于以企业文化促进创新,以企业文化促进企业转型与兼并。
