In 2012 performing arts industry developed rapidly，innovations in cultural industries were improved in many ways，the reform of state-owned theater continued to deepen，China’s first international theater Union were set up spontaneously by folk，the country’s first performing arts gathering area will soon form. However，to date，the mechanism of fair competition of performance market system has not yet been established；high ticket price mode made it into a vicious cycle；theater lacked of public service management model；performing units are short of long-term strategic cooperation with overseas. Based on the above analysis the proposals are：to build a mature performing market system；combine government subsidies with reform of repertoire；encourage copyright innovation；establish a nonprofit performance assessment and support systems；provide system security for mechanism of long-term cooperation with overseas institutions.
