    广电行业年度发展报告

    摘要

    2012年广电行业的关键事件有:中国广播电视网络有限公司组建方案获批;三网融合双向准入在政策上实现突破;我国首个3D电视频道开播;《中美双方就解决WTO电影相关问题的谅解备忘录》达成协议;东方梦工厂成立;大连万达并购美国AMC院线;我国影视剧进入非洲主流电视台。关键问题有:广电内容产品的供求匹配度不高,暴露结构性过剩问题;中美电影新协议实施,国产影片发展模式需进一步探索;广播影视产品和服务出口乏力,国际市场开发短板亟待补齐;传统媒体与新媒体融合尚有体制机制障碍。关键趋势有:视听内容生产供应逐步走向社会化;视听传播全民化;“电视无处不在”;广电网络正成为第四大网络运营商。相关建议为:政府应加大对广播影视产业的支持力度,向市场释放政策红利;进一步健全广播影视产业市场体系,让广播影视产业成为经济转型的重要力量;用新媒体思维,推进传统媒体与新媒体的融合,大力发展新业态;以大部制改革为契机,推动传媒企业跨媒体、跨行业、跨区域发展;大力推动广电产业“走出去”。

    Abstract

    2012 key events in radio and television industries are:China Radio and Television Network Co.,Ltd. established program has been approved;triple play and two-way access achieved a breakthrough on the policies;China’s first 3D TV channel has been broadcasting;“the two sides to resolve issues related to WTO movie memorandum of Understanding”has come to an agreement;Oriental DreamWorks was founded;Dalian Wanda merged U.S. AMC Cinemas;China’s TV drama and films has entered into the mainstream TV of Africa. The key questions are:the match of supply and demand of products of the radio and television content is not high which exposes a structural overcapacity problem. American-China agreement has implemented,domestic film development model needs further exploration;radio,television and film goods and services exported weakly,the short board of international market development needs to complement;convergence of traditional media and new media are still having obstacles of institutional mechanism. The key trends are:production and supply of audiovisual content gradually become socialized;audiovisual spread all citizens;“TV is everywhere”;radio and television networks are becoming the fourth largest network operator. Based on the above analysis,the proposals are:the government should increase its efforts to support the broadcast television industry,released to the market dividend policy;further improve the market system of radio and television industry,allow it has become an important force for economic transformation;use new media thinking,promote integration of traditional and new media,strive to develop new business formats;With the super-ministries reform as an opportunity,promote the development of media companies cross-media,cross-industry,cross-regional,vigorously promote the radio and television industry“going out”.
