通过对330户计生困难家庭的基线问卷调查、32户独生子女困难家庭满意度问卷调查、6户“人口·生育关怀基金”帮扶对象和5位计生工作人员的深度访谈，对近年来贵州省“生育关怀行动”的实施情况进行总结，提出进一步改进的对策建议。
