China dominates the world in Traditional Chinese Medicine，and the history of Traditional Chinese Medicine is long，the culture is deep，and resources are abundant for Chinese herbal medicine，education and R & D. Meanwhile，China and other countries have all encouraged the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine industry. The development environment is improving. The development of Traditional Chinese Medicine industry gradually appears the industrial park trend.

The first national Chinese medicine industrial park was established in Xuchang，Henan province. There is interaction between the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry park and economic growth. Based on this，we put forward suggestions about how to develop Traditional Chinese Medicine industry parks.
