Based on the analysis of five challenges，including population explosion，limited resource，environmental deterioration，city management and financial fund，which faced by Beijing public service，this paper suggest some policies，which aim to improve system of Beijing public service and promote coordinated development of population，resources and environment in Beijing，from the perspective of the layout，supply，standards and policies.
