Compared with advanced cities in the world，the energy infrastructures investment of Beijing are insufficient，especially with respects of new energy and renewable energy，which have relative low proportion of investment. In addition，the aging of traditional infrastructure，overload operation，lag in technology and poor management etc. are also problems of Beijing energy infrastructures. Therefore，to accelerate the construction of key energy，to promote the revolution of infrastructure in high energy-consuming industry，to boost the infrastructure and technology equipment level in key energy-saving industry，and to improve infrastructure of clear energy，new energy and renewable energy are of great significance.
