At the beginning,compared with the financial data of the 10th five-year plan period,this paper concludes the development of financial industry of Ningxia during the 11th five-year plan period as following:first,the financial system has been constantly improved. Second,financial institutions adjusted their loan according to the economic need,thus helped tertiary industries developed harmonized. Third,financial products enjoyed a booming time. And the "finance converting poverty" strategy produced a marked effect. Then,at the following part,we point out some weakness of Ningxia financial industry during the 11th five-year plan period. For example,the financial ecological environment neededbe further perfected,the loan coverage neededbe extended,and both the stock market and insurance market developed at a lower level,and also,the new-type rural financial institutions' development encountered with a bottleneck. At the end,this report comes up with some proposals for the financial development in the 12th five-year plan period. Firstly,strengthen the credit system,and perfect the financial ecological environment. Secondly,adjust the running direction of bank funds. Thirdly,accelerate the stock market development on the scale and perfecf the function of the insurance market promote an orderly competition environment.Last but not least,enhance the serving ability of new-type rural financial institutions. <<
