Since 2010，there were large numbers of campus homicide cases，such as the Fujian Nanping campus homicide，the Jiangsu Taixing kindergarten injury case，the Shanxi Nanzheng kindergarten homicide and so on.This thesis focuses on the 27 campus homicide cases，which happened since 2010.With statistical comparison and analysis，we found that：first，most cases took place in Guangdong province，and many cases took place in eastern regions.Second，the numbers of the campus homicide cases were to the top in 2010，and the trend became downward in 2011 and 2012.Third，new media’s first exposure ratio was higher than that of traditional media.At last，this thesis analyzes the propagation characteristics and the reason why so many campus homicide cases happened in recent years.This thesis also put forward some suggestions about the public opinion reaction and the method to avoid of the campus homicide cases.
