    2012年上半年高等教育舆情报告

    摘要

    高等教育关系着国家精英人才的培养,历来备受关注。上海交通大学舆情研究实验室通过对2012年上半年影响较大的44起高等教育舆情事件进行统计,并与2011年同期影响较大的25起高等教育舆情事件进行对比分析,发现2012年上半年正面舆情比例升高,校园管理类舆情多发,舆论环境更为理性。多个政策出台,引发舆论热点。北京仍是高等教育舆情焦点城市,广东、江苏、云南同样有舆论热点。在媒介和应对方面,微博成为首曝媒介中绝对的优势力量,事件曝光时间越来越早,主体应对方式日益多元化。此外,高等教育主体在应对舆情事件时仍存在主动意识欠缺、中性和正面舆情应对缺乏、沟通机制不完善使得误解酿成危机等不足,为此,本文在最后提出了对应的建议,供有关部门参考。

    Abstract

    Higher education is closely related to the cultivation of the national elite talent and has always got a lot of publicity.Shanghai Jiao Tong University public opinion research laboratory statistically compared the 44 larger higher education public events through the first half of 2012 with 25 influential higher education public events in the same period of 2011.According to the contrast and analysis,statistics showed during the first half of 2012 the ratio of positive public opinions increased and campus management public opinions were multiple and public opinion environment became more rational.A number of policies caused public opinion hotspot.Beijing is still higher education public opinion focus city and Guangdong,Jiangsu,Yunnan also have public opinion hotspots.In media and the response,microblog becomes an absolute advantage power in the first exposure of media.Its exposure time much shorter and the main coping styles are increasingly diversified.In addition,the main body of higher education in response to public events still lacks active awareness and neutral,positive response to public opinions and have the imperfection of its communication mechanism easily causing the misunderstanding into the crisis.Therefore,this paper puts forward the corresponding proposals in the end for reference to the relevant departments.
