能源和资本化是经济发展中的两大核心问题。能源是经济运行的基本动力，资本化则全面渗透到经济生活的各个领域。因此，能源企业积极通过资本运作进行资源的整合，实现了产业资本与金融资本的融合。能源资本化在行业整合带动下全面提速，推进了我国能源产业的发展与升级。本文分析了能源资本化的环境、方式以及煤炭、电力、油气和新能源四大行业资本化进程，最终指出能源产业资本化未来发展趋势以及对于能源产业发展的作用。
<<Energy and capitalization are two core elements in economical growth. Energy is the basic power of economic operation，and the capitalization is penetrated into economic life in all areas. Therefore，Energy enterprises actively carry out of the integration of resources through the capital operation to realize the fusion of industry capital and financial capital. With the industrial consolidation，the energy capitalization accelerates to promote and upgrade the development of China’s energy industry. This paper analyzes the environment and pattern of the energy capitalization，and the capitalization process of four industries-coal，electric power，oil and new energy.
