2011年是中国“十二五”规划的开局之年，中国煤炭市场供需两旺，煤炭价格整体继续上扬。由于煤炭供应在地域上面临日渐突出的结构性问题，煤炭进口在年初大幅回落之后持续快速反弹并屡创新高。与此同时，新的国际及能源形势对煤炭行业提出新的更高的要求，2012年中国煤炭行业将大力推进煤炭整合、依托行业融合，增强中国煤炭行业可持续发展能力。
Both of the supply and demand in China’s coal market are flourishing in 2011，the first year of the“12th Five-Year Plan”，and this caused the price of coal’s continuing rising. As the coal supply in the region was faced with structural problems，coal imports rebound fast and reached a record high after the significant downturn at the begging of the year of 2011. At the same time，the new international situation of coal industry has a new taller requirement for China. In 2012，China’s coal industry will promote coal integration energetically，and enhance the ability of sustainable development.
