本报告分析了能源行业2011年的运行态势，并对煤炭、石油、电力等能源产业的发展热点问题进行了盘点；结合“十二五”规划有关推进能源结构调整的要求，对当前我国能源结构存在的失衡问题进行了阐述。在此基础上，提出了我国能源结构战略性调整的目标和现实路径，以及推进能源结构战略性调整方面的政策建议。
<<This paper analyzes the operation of the energy industry in 2011，and revises some important points of the energy industry，such as coal，oil and electricity. According to targets of promoting the adjustment of energy structure in China’s“12th Five-Year Plan”，this paper describes the existing imbalances in China’s current energy structure. On this basis，this paper the goals of strategic adjustment target of China’s energy structure as well as the path to achieve the target，and then gives recommendations on this topic.
