It is of great significance to carry out intellectual property rights pledge financing in accelerating the enterprises’ independent innovation results commercialization and promoting the city’s economy of long term steady development. This paper introduces the practice and successful cases of intellectual property rights pledge financing in Huangpu District，and analyzes the significance of intellectual property rights pledge financing pilot’s works. In the end，concrete proposals are proposed on how to carry out intellectual property rights pledge financing so as to achieve a better result.
