本文通过对基于物联网技术的智能物流系统的定义和系统构建，在案例分析的基础上，表述了作为智能物流系统的商业特性的物流电子商务是新的经济形势下物流业发展的趋势，电子商务的发展使物流的内涵和外延更加丰富，对传统的商业结构产生了影响。
Through a discussion and case analysis of the concept and structure of the intelligent logistics system based on the technologies related to the Internet of Things，the present study illustrates that logistics ecommerce，which is characteristic of the intelligent logistic system，represents a development trend of the logistics industry. The development of ecommerce has greatly expanded the concept and scope of logistics and has exerted significant impact on the traditional business structure.
