In this post-crisis era，to guarantee China’s sustainable development，economic restructuring and industrial upgrading is inevitable. This provides a good opportunity to the Internet of Things. A series of measures have been taken to promote the development of the Internet of Things since 2009.As an emerging high-tech industry，this progress itself is a result of industrial upgrading. Meanwhile，it accelerates the use of other high technologies，and thus improves product efficiency in many different industries. And it changes people’s life style and stimulates their consumption which gives impetus to China’s economic restructuring.
