本文对中国和印度化学制药工业开展国际化经营从知识积累、企业资源基础、全球市场和企业国际化经营战略四个方面进行了比较。结合具体案例,对中国和印度化学制药企业国际化战略类型进行了比较。在此基础上,本文对印度化学制药工业开展国际化经营对我国的启示进行了总结,归纳出发展模式、品牌意识、仿制药战略、并购战略和创新要素五方面成功经验,归纳出优化产业结构、构建药品质量安全体系等两方面的失败教训。在综合全文的基础上,本文从中国国情实际出发,倡议我国化学制药工业确立国际化经营战略,并从四个方面对中国化学制药工业国际化经营提出了积极和务实的建议。
<<In this paper,a comparative analysis was made on the international operation models between Chinese and Indian pharmaceutical industries in 4 aspects including the accumulation of relevant knowledge,the enterprise resource basis,the global markets,and the international operation strategies. Also,through analysis on individual cases,a comparison on the international strategy types between Chinese and Indian pharmaceutical enterprises was addressed. Therefore,as a summary for the enlightenments of Indian model of the international operations in its pharmaceutical industry,this paper has outlined not only the successful experiences in 5 aspects including the development concept,the development model,the brand awareness,the generic drug strategy,and the merger/acquisition strategy,but also the two failure lessons in term of optimizing industrial structure and establishing safety and quality systems for drug products.Overall,the paper has made active and practical suggestions to the international operation strategy of Chinese pharmaceutical industry based on the actual situations of China,which include 4 aspects.
