Based on the exploratory research on drug risk remedies in Shanghai，and the analysis of several solutions of drug injuries in China，the researchers advise a binding insurance remedies mode between the drug quality problems and serious ADR injury，in order to actively promote the demonstration pilot project of the insurance remedies model in Shanghai. The policy recommendations of promoting insurance Remedies model include that the local authorities，relevant administrative departments，enterprises and the insurance industry being involved should actively participate in establishing insurance remedies project of drug injuries，which will promote the development status of insurance remedies system based on the valid legal basis and parties endeavoring.
