The research group made out the overall evaluation of Shanghai Expo food safety：We make out a comprehensive effect evaluation about the safety，efficiency，economy and output effect of Shanghai Expo food safety assurance by a series of analysis and researches. We systematically reviewed the “One，Three，Five” mode of Shanghai Expo food safety assurance. And we also provide suggestions about how to apply the mode of Shanghai Expo food safety assurance to promote the supervision of city food safety and the food safety assurance of major activities.
