With the development of China economy and the relaxation of bank relegation，more and more foreign banks entry into China and all have had a quick development in recent years. As the third main area of economy development，Huanbohai Area attracts many foreign banks. The paper will show the development status of foreign banks in China，especially in Huanbohai Area，analyze main reasons of foreign banks entry and forecast the trend of foreign banks in Huanbohai Area in future.
