With the background of globalization，the economic development of Bohai Sea Rim has been the key to promote the economic development of China. Along with its interior’s economic cooperation deepening（mainly industrial division of labor and product supplementary），the limit between the financial services is getting more and more obvious. This paper aims at analyzing the total amount and structure of the financial industry in Bohai Sea Rim，summing up the the characteristics of the financial industry in Bohai Sea Rim，and contrasting the level of urban finance competitive power between the five Provinces in Bohai Sea Rim to find the following trends of Regional financial industry.
