2007年是中国物业管理的立法年、构建和谐年和发展年。《物权法》的颁布实施，《物业管理条例》的修订，为物业管理行业的发展提供了法律保障，给行业的发展营造了新的发展契机，同时也提出了新的要求。本文从2007年中国物业管理行业的发展、行业发展热点、《物权法》对行业发展的影响及2008年中国物业管理展望等方面进行了回顾、解读、分析和预测，旨在使从事物业管理行业的人们从中受到启迪，正视问题，抓住机遇，转变观念，迎接挑战，从更高层面对行业的发展进行谋划。
<<The year of 2007 was the year of legislation，construction of harmony，and development for China’s estate management industry. The enactment of the Property Law and the revision of the Item of Property Management brought the legal security，fresh chance of development，and new requirement for the estate management industry. Based on the review of the development（especially the hot spot）of the estate management industry in China and the impact of the Property Law on that in 2007，and the prediction of the development of the industry in 2008，this thesis is to serve for the practitioners in the estate management industry to learn the relative issues clearly and face the future challenges from a view in a higher level.
