    政策调控下2007年中国房地产经纪行业的整合

    摘要

    2007年中国房地产经纪行业总体呈现良好发展态势,但仍然存在着一些不可忽视的问题。政府及相关监管部门出台了一系列旨在促进房地产经纪行业健康发展的政策措施,其中包括建立房地产交易资金监管体系,实行房地产经纪业务网上签约,全面推广使用房地产经纪业务示范合同文本等。在多项政策和措施的实施下,违规执业行为得以遏制,部分房地产经纪机构扩张过快问题引起关注。房地产经纪机构和房地产经纪人积极执行新政策,新出台的各种配套措施有效地提高了行业的信誉度和执业质量。实践证明,房地产经纪行业的发展需要行政主管部门进一步加强监管,同时需要房地产经纪组织不断加强行业自律。

    Abstract

    Real estate brokerage in China has been developing in a good condition in 2007 except for some problems that can not be ignored. A series of policies implemented in 2007 to reinforce the management of brokerage in China,involves establishing a systematic supervision of brokerage,functioning online contract signing as well as advocating the standard contracts. As a bunch of policies put into practice,some activities out of the legal system are prohibited,and some agencies with this practices,suffered a severe attack,while the fresh business model according to the policies has been spread among a large number of agencies,brokers and associations. Many strategies have been carried out to increase the credibility and qualification of brokerage. In conclusion,the development of brokerage in China requires more supervision of government,and in addition both agencies and associations have to place more emphasis on the self-discipline of the industry. Through the painful adjustment in a short period,the brokerage in China would have the bright outlook.
