2007年房地产投资增幅继续加快,房地产上市企业在股市中融资活跃。本文从不同的角度利用相关数据对2007年房地产投融资现状进行了分析。2007年住宅投资持续增长,具有保障性质的经济适用房投资也呈现出较快增长。房地产在融资方面依然延续对银行依赖的状况,房地产企业资金中国内贷款所占比重、增速出现双下降,国内贷款主要集中在东部地区。在此基础上,本文对2008年投融资发展趋势作出了基本判断并提出了相应的对策建议。
<<Finance and investment of real estate in 2007 continued their fast speed,and enterprises of the real estate in marketing were financing actively. This article uses the related data and analyses the status of the real estate from different ways in 2007.In 2007,finance of housing was standing the increase,and indemnificatory financing in economically affordable housing has great increased yet. The depending between real estate and bank was still subsistent,the funding that including the proportion and increased-speed in the real estate enterprises was decreased in the internal loan of bank. The eastern of China was main factor of the loan in China. Based on those conclusions and trends between 2007 and 2008,we may have several opinions and suggestions of the problems that we mentioned in this paper.
