Finance and investment of real estate in 2007 continued their fast speed，and enterprises of the real estate in marketing were financing actively. This article uses the related data and analyses the status of the real estate from different ways in 2007.In 2007，finance of housing was standing the increase，and indemnificatory financing in economically affordable housing has great increased yet. The depending between real estate and bank was still subsistent，the funding that including the proportion and increased-speed in the real estate enterprises was decreased in the internal loan of bank. The eastern of China was main factor of the loan in China. Based on those conclusions and trends between 2007 and 2008，we may have several opinions and suggestions of the problems that we mentioned in this paper.
