Since 2002，the land transaction amount in Beijing land open transaction market has kept increasing and become the major source of profit-oriented land supply. In 2007，the transaction amount in Beijing land open transaction market has increased dramatically，with a huge rise in land price and fierce competition especially since last July. It is expected that the total supply in Beijing land open transaction market will increase a little and the price will rise a bit on a stable basis in 2008.
