2007年全国主要城市商业、住宅、工业用地平均地价增长幅度均明显高于上年,其中工业用地平均地价增长幅度最为明显。地价与房价增长率基本趋于一致,均呈现快速增长趋势。同时,房地产市场受到多方因素综合影响,房价增长与地价增长步调存在差异。地价占房价比例逐步降低,且低于其他国家的水平。
<<The average land price growth rate of commercial,residential and industrial land in major cities nationwide in the year of 2007 is significantly higher than that of the last year,of which the average growth of industrial land price is the most obvious. This rise basically keeps in line with the increase of the house property price,both show the trend of rapid growth. Meanwhile,the real estate market is influenced by the combined effects of multiple factors,thus certain difference exists between the two growth rates. The percentage of land price in the price of house property is decreasing gradually,and lower than the level of other countries.
