This paper reviews China’s land policy and the market. This year central and local authorities have had a series of land-related policies and regulations are issued and implemented. National land policy issuance and implementation of the focus is primarily reflected in the improvement of the basic system，the land market regulation and the implementation of land inspection. In this year，Land market collisions of the various interests became more intensive. During this year，the urban land prices hit record highs，but in the end of this year，land transactions significantly shrinking market，in this first land market，a number of land auctions ended in failure.
