Under the conditions of globalization，the capitalist exploitation to workers has become more and more intensified. The economic crisis of capitalism has been exacerbating and class contradictions and conflicts become serious. Under such circumstances，class analysis method is much more highlighted and important. Capitalist class and working class had gone beyond the scope of ethnic groups. The global capitalist class and the global working class have been formed and exhibited different characteristics. On the one hand，the global capitalist class is uniting as a whole and becoming more and more aggressive and greedy，and its class consciousness is gradually forming. On the other hand，the global working class is taking form and its class consciousness is developing，but experiencing its polarization and dispersion.
