As one of the reducing emissions mechanisms in “Kyoto Protocol”，CDM projects are models of achieving not only market-oriented international cooperation but also win-win partnership. Sino-Japanese cooperation has made certain achievements in this regard，which are the results of strategic and mutually beneficial relations between the two countries deepening. Meanwhile，some problems are needed to solve，including the number of cooperative projects is not enough，the projects are small，and areas of cooperation are narrow，and so on.
