First of all，this article reviewed economic and commercial relationship between China and Japan in 2010，and summarized some conclusions including the high-level dialogue between the two countries has strengthened mutual relations of strategic trade and economic fields，the Sino-Japanese trade has created a new record again，Japan’s direct investment in China has maintained some level，China’s investment in Japan has risen sharply，and the energy cooperation has entered the stage of pragmatic cooperation，and China，Japan and Korean’s cooperation has made active progress.Secondly，the paper gave the outlook of economic and commercial relationship between China and Japan in 2011，and proposed that China and Japan should innovate cooperation patterns，expand common interests and nurture the new growth point，based on the principles of strategy reciprocity，mutual benefit，the advantages of the complementarities and common development.It is suggested to continue to play the important role of China-Japan high-level economic dialogue，take vigorous action to promote energy cooperation，expand cooperation in technical trade and R&D，actively encourage dual investment，strengthen the aged industry cooperation，support the enterprise common develop a third country markets and promote the East Asia regional integration process.
