利用模糊综合评价模型对山东半岛蓝区内主要海洋产业的优势程度进行评价，计算2001～2010年各海洋产业优势程度的概率分布，得到各海洋产业的优势度排序，确定山东半岛蓝区的总体海洋优势产业、传统海洋优势产业、战略海洋优势产业及潜在海洋优势产业。山东半岛蓝区海洋优势产业总体应制定实力型、转变型的发展战略；传统海洋优势产业应制定保守型、调整型的发展战略；战略海洋优势产业应制定战略型、联合型的发展战略；潜在海洋优势产业应制定进取型、机会型的发展战略。
<<This paper aims to evaluate the advantage degree of the major marine industries in Shandong Peninsular Blue Zone based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model. The paper calculates the probability distribution of advantage degree of various marine industries from 2001 to 2010，determines the rank of each marine industry and identifies the overall，strategic and potential marine advantageous industries. The overall ones in Shandong Peninsular Blue Zone are ought to formulate power-oriented and transferable development strategies；the traditional ones ought to formulate conservative，adjustable development strategies，the strategic ones ought to formulate strategic and joint development strategies and the potential ones ought to formulate aggressive and opportunity development strategies.
