The problem of food security is a matter of national needs of all sectors of the community to a high degree of vigilance. Because of food safety incidents of unanticipated，urgency and uncertainty，therefore in coping with the crisis problem handling food safety events will have great difficulty. The paper adopts the method of case study blood egg case in March 2012 to production analysis. Draw a conclusion that a correct crisis response for the importance of food safety incidents as well as in crisis response to correctly grasp the locutionary act and perlocutionary act. In order to overcome the crisis，we need the joint efforts of all sectors of society，including government，enterprises，media，enterprises need to make decision and the correct strategies in coping with the crisis in the process，in case of problems should not timely or improper words and deeds，public opinion events will expand. This paper selects the case to discuss the crisis enterprises in food security problem.
