网络购物作为一种全新的购物手段,以其方便、快捷、价格低廉等优点逐渐被社会广泛接受,尤其是近年来兴起的网购狂欢活动,吸引了大量网民的目光。网购狂欢活动不单提供给人们新的生活理念和购物方式,也产生一些新的问题值得探讨。本文基于从众心理的基本概念和特征,通过分析国内外文献资料,借鉴社会心理学领域的相关研究理论和成果,提出影响大学生网购从众心理的相关假设。通过深度访谈和问卷调查的方式进行数据收集,并利用SPSS19。0进行统计分析,计算各变量对大学生网购从众心理的影响程度。最后提出克服盲目消费从众心理的措施与方法,培养大学生健康的网购消费观。
<<As a new shopping method with the advantages of convenience,fast delivery and low price,online shopping is gradually and widely accepted by the society. Especially in recent years,the rise of online shopping spree has drawn attention of a large number of internet users. While online shopping spree is providing people a new concept of life and shopping way,it also yields some new questions and discussion. In this paper,based on the basic concepts and characteristics of the herd mentality,assumptions related to what influence the college students’ herd mentality in online shopping are proposed through analyzing domestic and foreign literatures and referencing to related research theories and achievements in the field of social psychology. The data are collected through in-depth interviews and questionnaires and statistical analysis is made to calculate each variable’s intensity of influence on herd mentality in college students’ online shopping using SPSS 19.0. Finally,the measures and methods to overcome the blind consumption conformity are proposed to help cultivate a healthy online shopping consumption view.
