对于数以亿计的网民而言,每天都会与各式各样的网络流行语打交道。正是这些流行语既丰富了日常词汇,又促进了热点事件的传播,同时还为普通民众提供了一个结晶智慧、争夺话语权的机会。本文以2008—2012年在我国产生较大影响的网络公共事件为例,探讨在新媒体环境下,普通网民在与主流话语进行抗争时所使用的一个“独门秘籍”——网络流行语。并通过个案分析的方法,解读网络流行语的话语政治实践功能,及其对公民文化的发展和公共领域的建构所带来的有益启示。
<<For hundreds of thousands of internet users,they confront a variety of network catchwords during their daily lives. It is exactly these catchwords that not only enrich everyday language,but also promote the dissemination of hotspot events,meanwhile it provides an opportunity for ordinary people to gather wisdom and compete for rights of voice. This article will take those network public events that occurred between 2008 and 2012 and which had great impact on our society,as examples to probe into the way ordinary internet users make use of a special tip under the environment of new media when they “contend with” dominant discourses—network catchwords. Besides,we can try to understand the deliberative politics practices function of network catchwords and its lessons for the development of civil culture and the construction of public sphere through case analysis.
