The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party just closed successfully，the trump already sounded to fully deepen the reform.Where should we start the reform from？To pay close attention to the social hot questions will provide the train of thought with deepening the reform.Therefore，this article selected ten questions and reviewed briefly in order to provide a useful reference to futher deepen the reform.The ten questions are the followings：funeral reform，helping the foundling，security housing to build，the governance of rumours、environmental pollution、urban traffic congestion and the freeloading，the policy the Government response hot problems，social credibility and integrity，how to motivate people’s passion to participate in public service.
