This article gave a clear thought about the status of network security on the internet public opinion，fake website，internet scam and others of Henan province. We found that there were four major problems in our province. The first was the local government and people lacked of safety awareness. The second was the network security and supervision lacked of perfect laws and regulations. The third was the regulator lacked of effective linkage mechanism. Our province would face more and more problems in the future. Such as，the network security form in our province would be even more severe，network information fraud and the regulation of the mobile internet would become the important content，new technology would bring new risk. So we could promote the strength and level of network security and supervision by enhancing funds investment，legal construction，building the linkage mechanism，enhancing regulation technology.
