With the construction of new rural communities pilot experience in Henan area，the construction of new rural communities began to enter the stage of popularizing in an all-round way. In this paper，the sociological perspective，the realistic background of Henan new rural community construction，discussed the current situation，and focus on the problems occurring in the process of construction are summarized and reflection，and on this basis to explore the corresponding countermeasures and solutions.
