The new-type urbanization construction plays a vital role in the synchronous development strategy between political party and nationality at the aspect of four modernization，which is also the crucial measures in realizing the coordination development of HENAN Province. The new-type urbanization construction mainly involves the fellows’urbanization，particularly the rural urbanization. Hence，the investigation about rural living condition and desire is the optimum method in identifying the urbanization development achievement. This survey applies the pattern of questionnaire research and semi-structured interview，and selects the households from 13 representative cities as the subjects，which are already lived or in the near future in the urban community. Its main propose is to understand rural living condition and the satisfaction degree to the new-type urbanization policy. According to the research，seeking the factor restricting the development of urbanization，putting forward suggestion for the government’s macro decision，and promoting the further development of new-type urbanization construction in HENAN Province.
