Henan province annual “Bis-hundred” enterprises’ total revenue in 2013 hit a record high，the threshold of revenue increased and the internal structure was optimized apparently. The “Bis-hundred” enterprises have become the core power of transformation and upgrading of Henan’s industry，a supporting role for the province’s industrial economy was further strengthened. But it also faced the continuing slowed growth，reduced investment desire，declined tax contribution and other problems. Facing the increasingly severe economic situation and perplexing external environment，Henan province should pay more attention to make the development and support “Bis-hundred” enterprises.
