工业布局是工业在一定区域范围内的空间分布和组合结构，其合理与否直接影响该区域工业经济的发展速度和竞争力的提升。笔者在对河南工业空间布局现状进行分析的基础上，指出了河南工业空间布局存在的问题，即点、线、网工业空间格局有待完善；工业与人口空间布局错位；产业布局分散，集聚效应难以实现。剖析了河南工业布局调整的影响因素，即发展方式向低碳经济转型；国家区域发展政策；新一轮产业转移；跨国公司与大型国企央企进入；交通基础设施建设与完善；产业发展基础与资源禀赋。构建了河南省“一港、二区、三心、四轴、五门户”的工业布局空间结构。提出了加快河南工业空间优化调整的对策建议，即加强产业引导和统筹协调；实现集群化发展；打造产业基地和特色产业集群；促进产城融合。
<<Industrial allocation is the spatial distribution and structure in a certain area within the scope of the industry，whether it is reasonable or not directly affects the development speed and the competitiveness of the regional industrial economic promotion. Based on the analysis of the current situation of industrial spatial distribution in Henan，the article pointed out the existing problems of Henan industrial allocation，meanwhile analyzed the influencing factors of the adjustment，then built Henan industrial allocation as “one harbor，two regions，three cores，four axes，five doors”，at last proposed countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the adjustment and optimizing of industrial allocation in Henan province.
