According to scientific，systematic，feasibility，comparability and dynamic principles，reference new-type industrialization relevant index of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology，combined with the specific situation of Henan province，this report studies and puts forward the regional evaluation index and industrial evaluation index of Henan new-type industrialization. The paper gives the 2013 annual horizontal evaluation of new-type industrialization in Henan province，predicts the industrialization timetable for Henan province，and according to the evaluation results，some suggestions are put forward.
