It is needed to construct scientific and reasonable mechanism for taking efficient eco-compensation institutions，and is of great practical significance for Henan Province to solve existing problems and promote scientific development. After nearly 10 years of development，China constructs its basic eco-compensation mechanism framework，and the development of Henan’s eco-compensation mechanism gains positive achievement as well. However，there are still series of existing problems and development problems for Henan to develop better eco-compensation mechanism. Based on the researches on the goals，achievement and existing problem for Henan to construct eco-compensation mechanism，it is suggested for Henan Province to take such valuable measures to promote eco-compensation mechanism developing scientifically as putting forward institution and mechanism innovation，carrying out theoretical research and practical exploration more deeply，promoting the trial of its important field such as wetland and farmland eco-compensation，as well as exploring intra-provinces eco-compensation Consultation and dialogue mechanism.
