2007年8月,泰国在经过全民公决后颁行了自1932年民主革命以来的第18部宪法。通过与《1997年宪法》的对比分析,本文认为,《2007年宪法》对于泰国政治转型的影响主要包括:推动大党对峙格局的形成;增强在野党对政府的监督力度;进一步拓宽民众参政议政的有效途径;推动参议院体制改革,并强化司法部门对于宪法机构的主导作用。
<<After the referendum,Thailand promulgated the Constitution of B.E. 2550 in August 2007,which is the 18th constitution since the 1932 Revolution. In contrasting with the Constitution of B.E. 2540,the author points out that,there may be four aspects of influence of the new Constitution in political transformation in Thailand:Promoting the formation of the multi-party system;Giving the opposition in the House of Representatives more power to inspect the government;Giving the people more opportunities to participate in the decision-making process of state policies;Reforming the Senate,and enhancing the leading position of the judicial departmentin Constitutional Organizations.
