This paper sums up the successful experience of protecting rural women’s rights to land in Xingtai city，such as cultivating policy awareness of relevant staff and their gender consciousness，dredging the judicial relief channels through the women’s rights protection and coordination team，and establishing land circulating centers for rural women. These tries have been seen as meaningful exploration of the long term mechanism to protect rural women’s rights to land in accordance with the law. Pointing to the challenges facing the protection of the rural women’s rights to land，this paper suggests that we should offer relevant legal and judicial explanation，and raise criterion of compensation for land expropriation.
