The infringement of rural migrant women’s rights to land in China’s countryside is a hot and difficult issue that is raising social concern. Beijing Center for Rural Women’s Cultural Development finished an in-depth survey over a thousand migrant women about their living conditions and their rights to land. This survey included the current status of women’s land ownership，the transfer of land，and the provision for women’s rights to land in village regulations and collected a great deal of first-hand empirical data and cases. This paper analyzes the main factors that cause damage to migrant women’s right to land，and proposes relevant policy recommendations.
