Ander the new international and domestic background,the economy of Henan province needed to upgrade urgently,however,the financial system,which called the economy blood,has yet to support the economy development efficiently.This paper based on the data in Henan province from 2001~2012,by using the method of the impulse response function,which based on the model of structural vector autoregression(SVAR),analysis the effect from the financial support to the "Economic Upgrade"of Henan province."Economic Upgrade" of Henan province lack of support from finance,and needed urgently,and access to financial support to provide a strong impetus for economic upgrading. <<
