The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is not only an important support for achieving economic transformation and upgrading of Henan,but also is an integral part of creating Henan's economic upgrade edition.Based on the analysis of status and problems of Henan's industry development in the present,the paper explores three breakthrough points of the optimization and upgrading of Henan's industrial structure,namely incremental optimization and inventory control,innovation-driven,optimize investment structure.Finally,the paper tries to put forward some more targeted realizing paths. <<
