This article makes an in-depth research on Henan's economic and investment structure since the twelfth five-year plan ,pointing out the existing problems.Meanwhile,based on the analysis of the relationship between the investment optimization and economic transformation and upgrading,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Furthermore,the development prospects of Henan and even the central plains economic zone are also discussed in this paper. <<
