    2013:迈向更高质量就业的中国职工状况

    摘要

    2013年在经济稳中求进的背景下,劳动力市场转向供求均衡有利于职工就业;职工工资增长趋缓,居民收入增幅略低于经济增速;社会保险扩面征缴继续提高,但养老金替代率连续降低;职业安全状况继续稳定好转,尘肺病蔓延引起社会关注;劳动争议走势平稳,群体事件呈下降态势;当前职工队伍的权益保障总体改善,其思想状况呈现“四增强”“四加重”趋势。总体上,职工状况较为平稳,国家主导的劳动关系协调模式渐趋形成。

    Abstract

    Under the steady economic growth, the main feature of China's labor force in 2013 is that, the balance of labor demand and supply created a favorable employment situation. However, the rate of increase of wage is decelerating, and the increment of residents' income is lower than economic growth rate. The scale of collection and payment of employees' social insurance keeps rising, whereas the old-age pension replacement rate continues a downward trend. There is a significant improvement of occupational safety among workers. However, pneumoconiosis and occupational lung disease received extensive attention. On the one hand, the amount of labor disputes keeps in a stable level; on the one hand, the amount of mass disturbance is gradually reduced. The overall welfare and rights protection of workers is greatly improved, accompanied with a tendency of "four strengthened aspects" and "four weakened aspects". In general, the stability of the employment situation remains on the right track, and government⁃centered collective labor relation coordination system is on its way of formation. <<
